We always strive to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our Practice and welcome any feedback patients regarding their experience.

Giving feedback

To provide feedback:

We do recognise that at times patients may be dissatisfied with the service provided resulting in the feeling that there is a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so we hope to be able to address any concerns as quickly and as amicably as possible.

Making a complaint

To pursue a complaint please complete our feedback form or, contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. The practice takes complaints seriously and will investigate each incident on an individual basis and provide a formal response as a result of this.
