Elmwood Medical CentreDue to an increase in the number of patients failing to attend appointments booked in advance, the practice is changing its appointment system so more appointments will only be available to book on the day. Further details can be found on our appointments page.
The practice will operate an emergency triage assessment service with a GP or nurse practitioner for patients requiring an urgent medical assessment on the day who are unable to book an appointment.
There will still be a limited number of appointments available to book up to 4 weeks in advance with additional appointments available to book 1-2 days before. Some of these pre-bookable appointments will also be available to book online.
Pre-bookable appointments will be available from 07:00 on Mondays.
