If your doctor decides you need regular medication, keep the right hand side of your prescription list with all the items on it. When you need more medication you should tick the items you want and hand the list in to reception or order it online.
From Monday 4th December 2017 we will no longer accept requests for prescriptions by telephone. Please see document below for more information.
Changes to how you order your presciption
The practice will send your prescription electronically to your preferred pharmacy where possible. We still require 3 working days to complete your request.
You can order your repeat prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration; please contact the surgery for information.
Patients on repeat medication will, from time to time,l be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse to review these regular medications
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. If you are collecting it from a pharmacy of your choice please allow three full working days.
